Text section contains the technical report on the structural and technological project technical report transport relations, study implementation of major technological stages of building SO 01, project construction site, the design of the main building machines and mechanisms, technological regulation, inspection and test plan and a plan of safety and health at work for making the 1st floor ceiling structure. The appendix section includes drawings and installations situation Minor main building structure, calculation of stripping reinforced concrete structures, timing and technology standard of the main building structure and time and financial plan construction-object.

The Safety Studies in Selected Business Entity

Primary operation of the company is based on individual production units. If we want the company to operate well, we have to focus on safety in production. The main task of the thesis is the analysis of specific and topical safety plan and health protection plan in the company DEL a.s. with regard to the ecological aspects. Folowing steps are processing and evaluation of the analysis. The final stage consists of drawing up the proposals for safety improvments.

Work Environment in a Selected Company and a Proposal for Development

This bachelor thesis is focused on the working environment in the company Stuha a.s .. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the basic information and important requirements of the working environment and occupational hygiene. The analytical part then describes in detail the working environment and working conditions in the selected company. Suggestions for improvement are coming out based on observations from personal examinations and answers of company employees from the questionnaire survey.

The purpose of this diploma thesis is to analyze and compare statistics of work accidents, to find shortcomings and to suggest possible solutions to these shortcomings for the Czech Republic. The analysis and comparison of statistics is focused on the Czech Republic and neighboring countries, which are Slovakia, Poland, Germany and Austria in 2015-2020. Furthermore, the thesis focuses on the activities of labor inspection. There is also an analysis and comparison of activities in the Czech, Slovak, Polish and Austrian Republics in 2015-2020.

Nurses' knowledge and use of personal protective equipment in barrier access to infectious patients

1 Abstract The bachelor thesis entitled "Nurses' Knowledge and Use of Personal Protective Equipment in Barrier Approach to Infectious Patients" deals with the prevention of infection transmission in the hospital environment, emphasizes the importance of using personal protective equipment, and addresses the knowledge and habits of nurses providing nursing care to infectious patients in the hospital. Objective: The aim of the thesis was to determine and evaluate the level of nurses' knowledge in the field of prevention and use of personal protective equipment when working with infectious patients. Within this bachelor thesis, another goal was set to gather information on whether respondents with higher education demonstrate more detailed knowledge in the field of infectious control than respondents with secondary education. The sample of respondents was also compared by age and length of practice, where the correlation between these categories and the depth of knowledge was examined. Sample and methods: The survey was conducted through a questionnaire, the comprehensibility of which was previously verified by a pilot study. Risks in the emergency department in the light of the COVID-19 pandemic

The thesis focuses on the risks in the emergency department that may occur in newly emerging major epidemics, similar to the COVID-19 pandemic. The aim of the thesis was mainly to assess the risks of care and to identify the characteristic features of patients with COVID-19. The intention was to find out how positive (infectious) patients are identified. The final chosen aim was to develop recommendations containing measures for the management of patients with COVID-19 disease and minimizing risks in the emergency department. The method of research investigation to achieve the set objectives was by retrospective observational study and participating observation. The research was conducted in adult patients with a focus on positive patients in a low threshold emergency department. The data obtained from the prospective observational study were processed using the computer program STATISTICA 12. According to the results of the study, more positive patients were referred to the outpatient department from the waiting room, while significantly more positive patients were referred to the standard ward, ICU, CCU or ED from the observation hall. In both cases, more than 80 % of positive patients from the observation ward were admitted to the ICU and standard units. According to the average number of patients, 8 % more patients visited the low threshold emergency department on a weekday than on a weekend. From the observational cohort, the identification of positive patients in 112 (56.85 %) cases was done using Rapid Ag test, The results of the data analysis will be beneficial in terms of risk to make recommendations to the low threshold emergency department for the treatment of patient with COVID-19 and to minimize the risks both for patients and for healthcare professionals.

The impact of Covid - 19 on paramedic's work

In this bachelor thesis I am dealing with a question of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on paramedic 's work in prehospital emergency care. In the theoretical part I am mentioning the COVID-19 disease itself. Furthermore, concepts of prehospital emergency care including emergency operations centre, paramedics, and specifics of their work during the pandemic of COVID-19 are defined. Concepts from the field of human needs are also included in the thesis. And because of the COVID-19 psychological impact on paramedics the issue of burnout syndrome is mentioned too. The research part consists of a qualitative research based on a semi-structured interview. The research sample are employees of the medical rescue service from the Vysočina Region with at least 2 years of working experience. The first goal of this thesis is to find out in which work activities the pandemic of COVID-19 has affected paramedics in providing prehospital emergency care. The second goal is to find out if paramedics perceive a difference between providing prehospital emergency care to patients before the pandemic and during the pandemic of COVID-19. The final goal of the thesis is to find out what fields of human needs paramedics are not satisfied in providing prehospital emergency care during the pandemic of COVID-19. Results of the bachelor thesis will be given to the Chief Executive of the Vysočina Region Medical Rescue Service to show support to their employees not only during the pandemic of COVID-19.

Preparedness of medical ambulances on Covid-19

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is the Preparedness of medical ambulances on Covid19. Three research objectives were set. First, to map both the initial and the current work experience of paramedics with calls throughout the Covid-19 pandemic. Second, to investigate the material preparedness of the emergency medical services for Covid-19 and third, to study the methods of health care offered by paramedics to the Covid-19 positive patients. In addition, three research questions were identified, which were answered during the research survey. The theoretical part of the bachelor's thesis examines the Emergency Medical Services, and then it focuses on infectious diseases and the process of disease spreading, followed by highly dangerous diseases that are similar to Covid-19. The work also introduces the history, diagnosis and treatment of this disease. The work does not forget the pandemic plan of the Czech Republic and the preparedness of medical ambulances for Covid-19. The practical part was carried out by using a qualitative method of semi-structured interview, which contained 27 questions. The research group was created by 10 paramedics from individual regional centers of the Emergency Medical Service of the South Bohemian Region. For the sake of clarity, the research results were divided into 8 categories and compiled into tables. The results of the research survey showed that paramedics often encountered calls to patients with Covid-19, especially at the time when the emergency service did not have a sufficient amount of personal protective equipment (which led to using uncommon protective equipment). The methods of emergency care for Covid-19 patients were also mapped and it was shown that the paramedics proceeded in the same way as to non Covid patients, with a few exceptions. With Covid-19 positive patients, paramedics emphasize increased personal protection and the usage of personal protective equipment, which is also based on saturation and temperature values. Furthermore, the work showed that the Emergency Medical Service of the South Bohemian Region is nowadays very well prepared for a possible next wave of Covid19. The objectives of the work were met and research questions were also answered.
